What You’ll Be Doing:
- Warmly welcoming customers, whether face-to-face or on the phone, & connecting them to our team
- Keeping the calendar on point by setting & managing appointments & office communications
- Handling incoming questions like a pro, keeping customer info up to date
- Researching & explaining billing inquiries
- Assisting with the claims process
- Chatting with potential & current customers
- Delivering top-notch customer service to make sure everyone’s happy
- Self-starting on agency tasks to keep things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to communicate in Spanish (preferred)
- Some experience in receptionist or customer service roles (you know the drill)
- Great communication skills & a genuine knack for connecting with people
- Super organized & able to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
- Comfortable pivoting & setting appointments
- Basic tech skills, like Microsoft Office & CRM systems
- Bonus: If you love social media & enjoy engaging online, that’s a big plus!
